A funder/investor-initiated, operator-welcomed, 30- to 90-day—or 6-to 12-month—intervention to stabilize or redirect failing earned income or donation operations within an organization.

How to Choose

30 days is ideal when the offer is live but not converting, and the team can execute fast with clearer direction.

90 days is best when there’s conflicting commitments, multiple earned income or donation initiatives in play, or a need to realign vision with current capacity.

6 to 12 months is appropriate when the org is in deep transition—leadership shifts, internal breakdowns, or large external forces (e.g., social pressures, market changes) require a refresh.
